After booking an appointment, all new patients are requested to fill out electronic new patient paperwork as completely as possible. New patient paperwork will be emailed to you, or you can click here and fill it out directly.

When you first arrive at Triune Chiropractic, you’re given a quick tour of the office where you can ask questions and meet our team!

CONSULTATION

During your new patient evaluation, Dr. Carroll will talk with you about your medical history and your health goals. He will conduct an extensive examination and determine what unique imbalances are blocking your body from healing.

YOUR FIRST ADJUSTMENT

After explaining the results of your exam, Dr. Carroll will start adjusting you on your very first day in the office! Dr. Carroll's goal is to get to the root cause of your chief health complaint as soon as possible so your body is able to begin the healing process. During this time, you'll have the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and learn more about Triune, your health, and chiropractic care.

COMPLETING YOUR FIRST VISIT

After your first treatment, you will check out with our front desk, and make an appointment for your second visit.

YOUR SECOND VISIT:

On your second visit, Dr. Carroll will review the results of your first visit exam, and will present you with a treatment plan to help you meet your health goals. This is another opportunity for you to ask questions about what is driving your chief health complaints. Dr. Carroll will then continue with your second round of adjustments and treatment. Following your appointment, we will discuss with you your treatment plan, insurance benefits, and your estimated cost of care.
